Welcome to a unique one day photographic event.
$17,200 Raised So Far in Melbourne and Adelaide.
This unique collaboration of 30 photographers pushed each one of them to create “that ONE” distinctive image of Melbourne. Each photographer had just a few hours in which to shoot, edit and print their image, culminating in an exhibition of all the 30 images taken on the day.
The exhibition was launched at 7:30pm on the 3rd June 2017 at “The Fox Darkroom and Gallery” 8 Elizabeth St. Kensington, Victoria and the prints on the night were auctioned for charity.
The print auction on the evening raised $12,700, with all proceeds being forwarded to “Kids Under Cover” - an organisation working to prevent youth homelessness. It provides young people at risk of homelessness with the foundations to strengthen their connection to family, community and education.
