Welcome to a unique one day photographic event.
$12,700 Raised in Melbourne
This unique collaboration of 30 Melbourne photographers pushed each one of them to create “that ONE” distinctive image of Melbourne. Each photographer had just a few hours in which to shoot, edit and print their image, culminating in an exhibition of all the 30 images taken on the day.
The exhibition was launched at 7:30pm on the 3rd June 2017 at “The Fox Darkroom and Gallery” 8 Elizabeth St. Kensington, Victoria and the prints on the night were auctioned for charity.
The print auction on the evening raised $12,700, with all proceeds being forwarded to “Kids Under Cover” - an organisation working to prevent youth homelessness. It provides young people at risk of homelessness with the foundations to strengthen their connection to family, community and education.
