Steve Scalone (Co-Founder)
Steve embarked on a professional career in a series of photographic commercial labs. He witnessed the beginnings of the digital camera revolution and embraced the change, becoming an Adobe Certified Expert. In the years since, Steve pursued the photographic form in both his artistic and commercial practices. He built and steered his own professional studio and discovered inspiration in passing on his skills to others through tertiary education.
Along the way, he's acquired numerous awards. Most recently, the AIPP Australian Travel Photographer of the Year for 2015 and 2016 and the current AIPP Australian Photo book of the year award. His talent on the ground for inspiring his fellow photographers and nurturing his peers through education have led to him being honoured with the title of an ILFORD Ambassador. Today Steve continues to expand his commercial portfolio whilst also developing his artistic profile. This has resulted in a number of exhibitions to date and the production of his book “Urban Clarity”.

Meredith’s love of photography began at high school with a Pentax K1000 and a roll of black and white film. From here she developed a curiosity for the ‘story’ behind every image. After high school she gained a Diploma in Professional Photography and then went and travelled the world. Skip a decade or so and Meredith found her way back to New Zealand and into a carer as a freelance photographer.
Meredith’s keen interest in food and editorial photography has been published in local and national magazines. She also single handedly photographed, wrote, designed and self published two issues of a food culture journal which have both gained NZIPP Iris awards.
I am Christchurch based lifestyle and documentary photographer.
I am an avid explorer.
For me, photographing adventure and passion is what I love.
I've always endeavoured to share with my children the beauty of our own back yard but cannot wait to explore everywhere I possibly can!

Hi I am a Wellington based photographer. I specialise in photographing people, but enjoy exploring all genres
'You can tell when you speak with Rebecca that her eyes light up when she talks about her work - it’s a passion, a love of capturing that moment, gone in an instant yet kept forever’. I am born and bred Wairarapa local and live with my husband and two children in the most gorgeous little village, Greytown. My love of photography started over 15 years ago. I am crazy about the beautiful light and landscapes we have here in New Zealand and passionate about promoting our stunning region and the people and businesses that call the Wairarapa home.
I will often be found bare foot in the middle of a river or lake or trekking across a frosty paddock on a cold morning just to get the perfect shot. Rushing around after a toddler, witnessing that beautiful love and fun within a family, or capturing that moment when a baby takes its first breath are great loves of mine to photograph. Lover of light, of the dark, people, structures, shapes and life as it happens…

Wellington born and working as Wellington City Council photographer for the last 31 years. You can’t beat Wellington on a good day and every day here is a good one for photography.
Hello there, my name is Chelles Roberts-Garthwaite. I'm a photographer, graphic designer and artist all wrapped up into a curious creator. I trained at the Western Institute of Technology in photography, fine art and graphic design. I run a pocket-sized photography business in Wellington where I move between wedding/portrait photography and photographic design. I'm also a qualified interior designer to add to the mix which expanded my fascinated of symmetry, repetition and colour in urban and natural landscapes.
I hail originally from rural Taranaki, however, I find myself now in Wellington experiencing the wild landscape, weather and the great people. I’ve traveled to some amazing places in this world of ours, however, New Zealand is the place I call home. I find myself in all sorts of places over this land with camera in hand, it excites and inspires me and that is why I do what I do… photography is exciting!
I am a Christchurch based wedding photographer and an awarded member of NZIPP, AsiaWPA, WPPI, One eyeland.
I’m a Landscape, Travel & Fine Art photographer, based in Palmerston North. I am currently studying a Master of Fine Arts in Contemporary Art. I have lived in the USA and Asia, and traveled through more than 30 countries. It’s safe to say I have a passion for discovery, travel, adventure, and capturing it all on camera.
I am a strong advocate of the printed image and as such printing is an integral part of my creative process. The excitement of seeing an image in print is something I never tire of. I take a relaxed, welcoming and inclusive approach to the way I work and believe firmly in embracing the fun, passion and creativity that the art of photography is about.
I've been a professional photographer since forever, doing architecture, travel, advertising, corporate, you name it. Now I'm enjoying street photography more than anything, for its serendipity and opportunity for artistic expression.
Theodore Wreford Hann
I am Theodore Wreford Hann and I have been photographing since I was about two when I was playing with my parents' tripod (there was no camera I was just a nincompoop) and I apparently said: "Quick! I can see a photo coming." I have been physically taking photos since I was three (it was a plastic camera).
Being the son of two well-known NZ photographers Terry Wreford Hann and Esther Bunning has helped me get into photography and improved my skills. My favourite hobbies are mountain biking with a Go-Pro, and I especially like to work in 3d design. I'm 14 years old, and am in Year 9.
With a background in science and technology, I started pursuing photography full time about 5 years ago, photographing primarily real estate and architecture as a profession. As a creative outlet, I tend to seek out abstract and minimalist compositions of the natural or artificial world and I often prefer the simplicity of black and white or monochromatic imagery. In the past,
I have focused on more conventional nature imagery of our beautiful country and have also spent a significant amount of time in sub-Saharan Africa where I developed an interest in photojournalism. Some of my photographic projects, usually accompanied with written material, have appeared in publications such as the Dominion Post, the Southland Times, Wilderness magazine, NZ Adventure magazine, Australian Photography magazine and D-Photo.
